Editor Content - Text
The Editor Content Text settings define what happens when a visitor clicks a specific element within your popup — such as a button, image, or text link. This helps you guide user interaction and define the next step in your campaign flow.
Accessing the Editor Content Text
When you select a clickable element in the editor and open its settings, a dialog appears titled “What Happens When A Visitor Clicks Here.”
Here, you can configure the following options:
Actions
The Actions dropdown determines what should happen after a visitor clicks the selected element.
Available options include:
Do Nothing
No interaction occurs. This is useful for decorative or non-functional elements, such as static text or icons.
Go to URL
Redirects the visitor to a specific web address.
Use this when you want to send users to your website, product page, or an external link.
Example:
https://yourstore.com/discountGo to URL and Show This Step’s Sticker
Opens a URL in the same or new tab and simultaneously displays the current step’s sticker (a persistent small popup or badge).
Use this when you want to combine navigation with continuous engagement.
End This Campaign
Closes the popup and marks the campaign as completed for the visitor.
Ideal for final confirmation buttons like “Got it!” or “No thanks.”
Show This Step’s Sticker
Displays the current step’s sticker without navigating away or closing the popup.
Use this to highlight a related offer or element after the click.
Reopen This Step From Sticker
When a visitor clicks a sticker, this option reopens the step popup associated with it.
Ideal for reminder stickers or minimized popups that can be expanded again.
Change Step
Moves the visitor to another step in the campaign sequence.
Use this to build multi-step popups, such as transitioning from a message to a form or thank-you screen.
Text
The Text field defines the message or label displayed on the clickable element.
Example:
Get 10% Off Your First Subscription!
This text is visible to visitors and should clearly describe the action or incentive.
Title
The Title field allows you to set an internal name or label for this element.
This is optional but helpful for organizing and identifying components within complex campaigns.
