Editor Content - Email Input
The Email Input section allows you to collect visitor emails directly from your popup. By default, it includes an email address field, a submit button, an optional consent checkbox, and validation messages for proper form handling.
You can also drag and reposition the entire email input block anywhere in your popup to fit your design preferences.
To customize its behavior, click on the email input row, then click the Settings icon. This opens the Email Input Settings panel, where you can control three main areas:
Settings Tab
This tab defines the core behavior and appearance of your email input.
- Actions – Choose what happens when a visitor submits their email (e.g., Subscribe email & show case).
- Do Nothing: No additional automated actions are triggered after user interaction.
- Success Case: Show a step after successful subscription (e.g., “Thank you” message).
- Already Subscribed Case: Display a message if the email is already in your list.
- Label – The text displayed above the email field (e.g., “What is your email?”).

- Placeholder – The text inside the input box (e.g., “add your email”).
- Button Text – The text shown on the submit button (e.g., “submit”).
- Enable Event Bubbling – When enabled, allows the event to trigger parent element actions.
Consent Tab
This tab is used to manage user consent, which is especially important for privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR).
- Add a Terms Checkbox – Enable this to add a consent checkbox under the email field.
- Consent Text – Customize the consent message (e.g., “I agree with privacy conditions and processing”).
- Link to Conditions – Add a URL link to your privacy policy or terms page.
Validations Tab
This tab defines the error messages that will appear based on user input and conditions.
You can toggle validation messages on or off using the Validate switch for each scenario.
- Email is not entered and consent not accepted – Shown when both the email and consent are missing.
- Email is not entered – Appears if the user submits an empty email field.
- Consent not accepted – Displays when the user doesn’t check the consent box.
- Email is not correct – Appears if the email format is invalid.
- Email is already subscribed – Displays if the entered email is already on your list.
- Error in email registration service – Appears if there’s a problem during submission or connection.
Apply Changes
Click Apply Changes to save all the modifications you made to your email input settings. Your updates will immediately reflect in the popup editor.

Click Cancel if you don’t want to save the recent changes. This will close the settings panel and revert to the previous configuration.
The Email Input Settings panel gives you complete control over how visitors enter and submit their emails. You can adjust how it looks, define what happens after submission, and ensure users meet all required conditions before subscribing—helping you create a smooth and compliant signup experience.
