Main Popup and Sticker Settings
When you open the editor, you’ll see the Main Popup positioned at the center of the canvas and the Sticker Popup located below on the left side. From here, you can edit and customize them using the different tabs, which will be explained in this article.
Main Popup Settings
Overview
The Main Popup settings control how your popup looks, where it appears, and how it behaves on the website.
There are two tabs: Basic and Advanced.
Basic Tab
Main popup size – Choose how big your popup will be (Small, Medium, Large, or Custom).
Main popup position – Select where the popup appears on the screen (top, center, bottom, left, right).
Display popup – Turn on or off popup visibility for desktop or mobile.
Start minimized – If checked, the popup starts as a sticker and expands when clicked.
Show popup after (seconds) – Set how many seconds after page load the popup should appear.
Main popup layout – Choose how content is arranged:
- Vertical – items stacked top to bottom
Horizontal – items side by side
You can also reverse the order.
Advanced Tab
Main popup rotation – Rotate the popup for creative layouts.
Horizontal / Vertical offset – Move the popup slightly left-right or up-down.
Use background color (overlay) – Add a background overlay behind the popup and pick its color.
If visitor clicks background – Choose what happens when a visitor clicks outside the popup (e.g. close it).
Opening effect – Select the popup animation (e.g. Fade In Scale).
Popup mirroring – Flip the popup horizontally or vertically.
Order on screen (z-index) – Set which layer the popup appears on (higher number = on top).
Summary
Use Basic settings for general layout and timing.
Use Advanced settings for design effects, movement, and background behavior.
Together, these help you control exactly how your popup appears and interacts with visitors.
Sticker Settings
Overview
The Sticker settings control how the minimized version of your popup looks and behaves.
It also has two tabs: Basic and Advanced.
Basic Tab
Sticker size – Choose the size of your sticker:
Small, Medium, Large, or Custom.
Sticker position – Select where the sticker appears on the screen.
You can choose different positions for Desktop and Mobile.
Display sticker – Turn on or off the sticker visibility for each device.
Sticker layout – Choose how the content inside the sticker is arranged.
This helps match the look of your main popup.
Advanced Tab
When to show sticker – Decide when the sticker should appear.
Example: After main popup is minimized.
Sticker rotation – Rotate the sticker for creative designs.
Horizontal / Vertical offset – Move the sticker slightly left-right or up-down to adjust its exact position.
Opening effect – Choose how the sticker appears (e.g. Fade In Up).
Popup mirroring – Flip the sticker horizontally or vertically.
Order on screen (z-index) – Controls which layer the sticker appears on.
A higher number means it shows above other elements.
Use the Basic tab to set up the sticker’s size, position, and layout.
Use the Advanced tab for timing, animation, and detailed positioning.
Together, these settings let you create a clean, engaging minimized popup for your campaign.
