Campaigns
The Campaigns Dashboard displays all popup campaigns created for the selected customer. It provides an overview of each campaign’s status, type, and performance metrics, along with tools to manage or edit them.
Campaign List
This section displays all your campaigns in one place.
- Preview – A visual snapshot of the popup. If not available, it shows "No preview."
- Status - A toggle showing if the campaign is currently Active (live on your site) or Inactive.
- Title – The name of your campaign. Helpful for identifying and managing multiple versions or tests.
- Reach - Number of unique visitors who have seen the campaign.
- Conversions - Total number of visitors who completed the campaign's goal (like submitting a form, clicking, etc.).
- Rate - Shows how effective your campaign is at turning views into actions.
- Emails - The number of email addresses collected through the campaign.
- Analytics - View detailed performance metrics for the campaign.
- Schedule – Set or update the campaign's display timing.
- Workflow – Manage the logic and behavior of the campaign (e.g. triggers, steps).
- Design – Open the editor to customize the appearance and layout of the popup.
- Three Dots Icon (⋮) Tap this to open More Options for the campaign. You can:
- Rename the campaign
- Change its domain
- Duplicate the campaign
- Copy it to another account
- Delete the campaign
- Search Campaigns - Quickly find a specific campaign by entering keywords in the Search for a campaign bar.
- Show - Filter the list to show all campaigns, running campaigns, or only stopped ones.
- Date Range - Select the time period for the performance data displayed (e.g., "This month").
- Domains - View campaigns for a specific domain or manage connected domains.
- Sort by - Organize the campaign list based on your preferred metric.
- New Campaign - Click the “New Campaign” button in the top-right corner to create a new popup campaign for the selected customer.
Creating a New Campaign
- Click the New Campaign button.
- A list of predefined templates will appear. Select the template you prefer.
- Click Select to proceed.
- In the Create New Campaign popup, fill in the following details:
- Title
- Domain
- Description
- Click Next.
- Your campaign will now be displayed on the dashboard, ready for further configuration.
The Campaigns Dashboard is your central hub for managing all popup campaigns. From here, you can easily track performance, adjust settings, and optimize each campaign to improve engagement and conversions. Whether you’re reviewing analytics, updating designs, or launching new popups, the dashboard gives you complete control over your marketing activities—all in one organized view.
