Overview
The Overview section is the starting point of your Powerpop experience. It provides a simple dashboard where you can manage your assigned customers and easily navigate to other parts of the platform.
Customers
Here you’ll find a list of customers assigned to you. These are the businesses or websites for which you’re running conversion optimization campaigns using Powerpop.
Create New Customer
Click the “New Customer” button to set up a new client. This will allow you to start building campaigns, analyzing results, and tracking conversions for that customer.
Delete Customer
If needed, you can remove a customer from your list by clicking the delete icon. (Note: This action may be permanent and should be done with caution.)
Search for a Customer
At the top of the customer list, you'll find a search bar that allows you to quickly locate a specific client. Simply start typing the customer’s name, and the list will filter in real time based on your input.This is especially helpful if you’re managing multiple clients and need to jump to one quickly.
Date Range
Choose the time period for the data displayed - for example, "This month" or "Last 3 Months." This helps you focus on recent activity or compare performance over time.
Status
Shows whether a campaign is active or not.
- Active: The toggle is on - your campaign is running.
- Stopped: The toggle is off and marked in red - the campaign is currently paused.
Name
The domain or website the campaign belongs
Reach
The number of unique visitors who have seen or been exposed to your campaign.
Conversions
How many visitors took the desired action (like clicking a button, signing up, or making a purchase).
Rate
Your conversion rate - the percentage of reached visitors who converted. If there’s no activity, this may show as “–”.
Emails
Number of emails collected through your popups or campaigns during the selected date range.
Information Tooltip Icon
When you hover your mouse over this icon, it shows helpful information or clarification about the item next to it. “Stats are calculated and updated every hour.” So the icon is simply there to provide extra context or explanation without cluttering the interface.
Previous / Next Navigation Bar
At the bottom of the customer dashboard, you’ll see Previous and Next buttons. These let you move through multiple pages of your customer list with ease.
User Account (Admin Menu)
Located at the bottom left of the dashboard, click your user name or icon to access:
- Account Settings
- Billing
- Team Members
- Log Out
Sidebar Toggle
Located in the top-left corner of the interface, the square icon allows you to expand or collapse the sidebar.
- When expanded, full text labels are shown alongside icons.
- When collapsed, only icons are displayed for a more compact view.
The Overview section serves as your main control center in PowerPop. It gives you a clear snapshot of your customers, campaign activity, and performance metrics—all in one place. From here, you can quickly navigate to different areas of the platform, manage clients, and monitor results with ease. Whether you’re adding new customers, reviewing campaign data, or accessing your account settings, the Overview keeps your workflow organized and efficient.
