How to Create a New Customer
This guide walks you through the process of creating a new customer in Powerpop.ai, including optional billing setup.
Step 1: Navigate to the Overview Page
- From the dashboard, go to the Overview section.
Step 2: Create a New Customer
- Click the + New Customer button.
- A pop-up window titled Add New Customer will appear.
Fill in the required details:
- Name: Enter the customer’s name.
- Description: Provide a brief description of the customer (optional).
- Click Create to finalize the customer setup.
Step 3: Set Up Billing
After creating a customer, a Set Up Billing window will appear. You have two options:
- I Will Do It Later
- Description: Skip billing setup for now and continue using Powerpop.ai.
- Set Up Billing
- Description: Proceed to configure the customer’s subscription and billing details.
Step 4: Configure Billing
- If you select Set Up Billing, you will be redirected to the Subscribe to Powerpop.ai Subscription page.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to set up billing and subscribe to the appropriate plan for the customer.
Step 5: Confirmation
Once completed, your newly created customer will appear in the Overview page.

Tips:
- You can always set up billing later by navigating to the customer’s profile.
- Ensure customer details are accurate before creating the account to maintain proper records.
