Editor Content - Dismiss

Dismiss Settings

The Dismiss element is a text-based action (like “No thanks” or “Maybe later”) that allows visitors to close or minimize your popup without taking the main action. It helps provide a softer, user-friendly way for visitors to dismiss the popup while still staying engaged.

To customize its behavior, click on the Dismiss text element, then click the Settings icon to open the Dismiss Settings panel.

Action Options

These options define what happens when a visitor clicks the dismiss text:

    • Show This Step’s Sticker – Minimizes the popup and displays its sticker version on the page.
    • End Campaign – Ends the campaign and prevents the popup from reappearing for that visitor.
    • Close – Simply closes the popup without triggering any further action.
    • Change Step – Moves the visitor to another step in a multi-step campaign.
