Image Settings
The Image Settings panel allows you to upload, manage, and configure images within your popup. It also includes options for adding behavior and tracking interactions.
To access this panel, click on the image element in your popup, then click the settings icon from the toolbar.
Image Tab
Use this tab to upload or select an image for your popup.
- Upload New Image – Click or drag and drop an image file (PNG, JPG, or GIF up to 5MB).
- Select from Library – Choose from previously uploaded images stored in your image library.
Once uploaded or selected, the image will appear directly in your popup preview.
Behavior & Links Tab
This tab lets you set how the image behaves when clicked and track user interactions.
- Actions – Choose what happens when a user clicks the image (e.g., open a link, close popup, or do nothing).
Here are the available Actions and what each one does:
- Do Nothing – The image is static and will not perform any action when clicked.
- Go to URL – Redirects the visitor to a specific web page. You’ll need to enter the target URL (e.g., your product page or external link).
- Go to URL and show this step sticker – Opens a new link in the browser and displays the popup’s sticker version on the same page.
- End this campaign – Closes the popup and ends the current campaign for the visitor, preventing the popup from reappearing.
- Show this step's sticker – Minimizes the popup and converts it into a smaller sticker version that stays visible on the page.
- Reopen this step from sticker – When a visitor clicks the image, it will reopen the minimized popup (sticker) back to its full view.
- Change Step – Moves the visitor to another step or screen in a multi-step popup campaign (e.g., from Step 1 to Step 2).
- Enable Click Tracking – Turn this on to track image clicks for analytics.
- Stop Event Propagation – Prevents the image’s click action from triggering other elements.
- Alt Text – Add descriptive text for accessibility and SEO purposes.
