Billing - Manage Subscription

Manage Subscription allows you to view, update, or cancel your Powerpop.ai subscription. This feature is integrated with Stripe, ensuring secure and simplified billing.

When you click Manage Subscription, you are redirected to a Stripe-powered dashboard where you can:

• View your current subscription details
• Manage payment methods
• Edit billing information
• Access invoice history
• Cancel your subscription if needed

Dashboard Overview

Once redirected, you’ll see different sections based on your subscription status: whether you’ve already made a payment, haven’t paid yet, or if your subscription isn’t active.

1. Current Subscription: Active Payment

This section displays an overview of your active subscription plan. You’ll see the plan name, pricing model, and the date of the next renewal. It also shows the primary card used for billing and gives you the option to cancel the subscription.

• Pricing: Price varies with usage
• Renewal Date: Automatically renews on August 24, 2025
• Primary Payment Method: e.g., Visa •••• 3158
• Cancel Subscription: Option available via button

Payment Method

The Payment Method section lets you manage your saved credit or debit cards used for billing.\ You can review the current card, see its expiration date, and access additional actions via the options menu.

• Displays the current payment method and its expiration (e.g., Visa •••• 3158, Expires 01/2028)
• More Options Menu (•••): Access additional actions such as:
• Add Payment Method: Add a new credit/debit card

Billing Information

This section contains your billing contact details.\ It shows the email address where invoices are sent, your billing country, and gives you the option to update this information at any time.

Invoice History

This section lists all invoices related to your subscription, including payment status.\ You can review the date, amount, and status of each invoice to track billing history.

2. Current Status: Active (No Payment Due Yet)

Your Powerpop.ai subscription is currently active. This means:

• Powerpop is already analyzing your website traffic.
• Campaigns are being displayed and optimized.
• You have full access to the platform's features.

Amount Due Today: €0.00

You are not being charged today. This is because Powerpop.ai uses usage-based billing, which means:

• You only pay for what you use.
• The final charge will be calculated at the end of each billing cycle based on your campaign activity and traffic analysis.

• Plan Name: Powerpop.ai subscription
• Description: A data-driven conversion engine
• Billing Model: Monthly, based on usage
• Price: Varies depending on traffic and campaign engagement

Invoice Breakdown

You will be billed automatically based on your usage at the end of the billing period.

Note:

By completing the subscription form and clicking Subscribe, you authorize Powerpop.ai to charge your card according to your actual usage, unless you cancel.

Billing Setup Required

3. Current Status: Not Active

Your Powerpop.ai subscription is not yet active. To begin launching campaigns and optimizing your site, you need to add your payment details.

Reason: Billing Not Set

Billing has not been configured. You must complete the billing setup to activate your account.

To Get Started:

Click “Add your credit card” and follow the secure Stripe form. Once completed, your Powerpop account will be activated and campaigns can begin.
